2. Who tests the products?
Each product is tested by 100 testers, drawn at random from among those who responded to a call for applications and who correspond to the profile defined by the product manufacturer.
3. How are the products tested?
The testers receive the same full size product at their home than the one that is marketed.
They test it in real conditions, in the privacy of their bathroom, for 2 to 12 weeks depending on the type of product.
4. How is the rating done?
