A few days earlier, NetEase presented its new project, developed jointly by Naked Rain studio teams based in both Montreal and Hangzhou. The first pictures of Project Mugen then revealed an urban fantasy world acting as the scene of a confrontation between supernatural entities and a group of fighters, the Espers, whose goal is to protect humanity. A simple concept, therefore, perfectly portrayed in this new trailer unveiled yesterday: the latter directly displays the ambitions of NetEase and its studio, with its emphasis on urban exploration both on the ground and in the air (parkour , grab, race against skyscrapers), nervous fights, and of course a few waifus to grab the barge.

If it has not yet been entitled to a date range for its commissioning, Project Mugen will be accessible on PS5, PS4, PC, and of course on mobile (iOS & Android). And since it is a tradition in games of the genre, it will be free-to-play.
