(Boursier.com) – The Board of Directors of Prologue decided to adjourn the General Assembly from January 25 to January 31 at 11 a.m. in Gennevilliers.
A notice of adjournment will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on Wednesday January 12, 2022. The Board of Directors decided on this occasion to add to the initial agenda a new resolution relating to the modification of the statutes of the company. The final text of the resolutions is available on the company’s website, it being specified that a notice of meeting will be published on January 14.
