PSG condemned on appeal after a complaint from Hatem Ben Arfa, in particular for moral harassment

Former Paris Saint-Germain player Hatem Ben Arfa obtained an appeal against the conviction of his ex-club, in particular for moral harassment, Agence France-Presse learned on Wednesday March 8 from a source familiar with the matter, confirming daily information The Team.

Dismissed at first instance, Ben Arfa obtained 1er March a favorable decision from the Paris Court of Appeal, which condemned the PSG to pay the player a symbolic euro as damages for moral harassment, according to the same source. The court also condemned the Parisian club to pay 75,000 euros to the 36-year-old player under the ethical bonus, and just over 27,400 euros in back pay.

According The TeamBen Arfa claimed 7.7 million euros from his former club, which had sidelined him from the spring of 2017, until the end of his contract in June 2018. Hatem Ben Arfa, who has fifteen selections in the France team, has been free of any contract since the summer of 2022.
