(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, told the AMF that it crossed the threshold of 5% of Publicis capital on December 24 and held 5.04% of the capital and 4.79% of the voting rights of this company.
The American asset management giant explains that this crossing of the threshold results from an increase in the number of shares of the French communications group held as collateral.
