Publisher tinyBuild announces the acquisition of Bossa Studios game rights and buys Konfa Games

The American publisher tinyBuild, specializing in independent games and which stood out this year with Not For Broadcast or Tinykin, is therefore extending its stock of intellectual properties. He thus bought for 3 million dollars all the solo games, and exclusively those, from Bossa Studios: I Am Bread, I Am Fish, Surgeon Simulator first of the name, VR and its sequel. The British developer will therefore focus exclusively on ”the co-op PvE genre, an area where we have a lot of innovative ideas and experience with our community”, says Henrique Olifiers, co-founder of Bossa Studios.

But tinyBuild does not stop the expenses here and offloads 5.4 million dollars (40% in cash and 60% in shares) to fully acquire Konfa Games, the Russian developer of Despot’s Game, a tactical roguelite which arrives as soon as September 15 on all platforms after one year of early access. The small studio takes the opportunity to be integrated into all of tinyBuild’s studios in Belgrade, Serbia.
