The two films making up this diptych were shot at the same time, but their release will be spaced 8 months apart: April 5, 2023 for D’Artagnan, and December 13, 2023 for Milady. As a reminder, the film brings together a vast cast: around François Civil (D’Artagnan), we find Vincent Cassel (Athos), Romain Duris (Aramis), Pio Marmaï (Porthos), Eva Green (Milady), Louis Garrel (Louis XIII), Vicky Krieps (Queen Anne of Austria), Lyna Khoudri (Constance Bonacieux), Jacob Fortune Lloyd (Duke of Buckingham) and Eric Ruf (Cardinal de Richelieu) have all been present for this long-term filming started in September and which therefore continued until last May.
As for Pierre Niney, he is currently filming Le Livre des solutions, the new film by Michel Gondry. The story of a director seeking to overcome his demons that hinder his creativity.
