The group took care to renew its board of directors in an orderly and not hasty manner. In 2022, six members, including Franck Riboud, will not ask for their renewal or will anticipate a departure which should have taken place in 2023. The group announces this Thursday the names of the three new directors who will be proposed to the vote of the general meeting of 2022. They are Patrice Louvet, chairman and CEO of Ralph Lauren, Géraldine Picaud, financial director of the Holcim group and Susan Roberts, professor of nutrition.
