(CercleFinance.com) – Réalités announces that it has completed the off-plan sale of the building named ‘IKOM’ to the CentraleSupélec Foundation, for an amount of 56 million euros.
Located near Porte d’Italie, this reversible building (higher education establishment/offices) with strong environmental ambitions will be delivered turnkey to the CentraleSupélec Foundation in November 2025.
According to the Réalités group, the realization of this project with the CentraleSupélec Foundation ‘marks a new stage for the development of the Group in Île-de-France’.
