Renaud Lavillenie: First adorable video of his newborn at home

Great news for the family of Renaud Lavillenie, which has just welcomed a new kid in its midst! The pole vaulter is a fulfilled man, dad for the second time with his wife Anais Poumarat, he is currently swimming, putting his end of career on hold. Because at 35, the Clermontois had a dream career, notably being Olympic champion in 2012 in London. He is now one of the greatest French athletes in history and still today he finds the energy to continue to perform at the highest level.

Despite his desire to continue to practice his sport, Renaud Lavillenie will have to go through the diapers and baby bottles box over the next few months. After the birth of his daughter Iris in 2017, he has just become a father for the second time and the little Gabin is likely to take up a lot of space now at home. Anaïs is also out of the hospital and the little family was able to go home and he was perfectly welcomed, especially by his big sister!

A very caring big sister

It was Anaïs who shared the video on her Instagram account. The pretty 33-year-old brunette posted a short black and white video a few hours ago where we see her with little Gabin in her arms. Iris is right next door and we already feel that she is taking her role as big sister to heart! She does not hesitate to take the baby in his arms and cover him with kisses, under the loving gaze of his parents. A video that was greatly appreciated, especially by Renaud Lavillenie’s brother, Valentin, who left two emojis showing his joy at seeing this beautiful moment of complicity between Iris and Gabin.
