Renault: Philippe Krief appointed director of engineering and product performance for Alpine, and managing director of Alpine Cars

(Boursier.com) — As of March 6, 2023, Philippe Krief has been appointed director of engineering and product performance for Alpine, as well as general manager of Alpine Cars.

Philippe Krief will put his experience acquired during his career to the benefit of the Alpine strategy, while the brand has announced an unprecedented product plan for the years to come. The arrival of Philippe Krief at the head of the two departments therefore aims to strengthen the teams at a pivotal moment in its history.

Philippe Krief joins the brand’s Management Committee and will report directly to Laurent Rossi.

Robert Bonetto, Alpine Engineering Director, and Sovany Ang, Product Performance Director will report directly to Philippe Krief and will also remain members of the Alpine Management Committee.

Since June 2016, Philippe Krief has served as director of engineering at Ferrari.
