Retro FPS Project Warlock II will launch in early access in June

Project Warlock II will offer three large chapters comprising all six levels, each of which will be, we are promised, up to ten times larger than those of the first episode. The Buckshot Software studio also assures us that their construction has become more complex: β€œ The game’s levels have evolved into vertical, three-dimensional, multi-story structures, platforms and buildings that literally elevate the gameplay. Filled with enemies, obstacles, secrets, easter eggs, perks and achievements to unlock, each level of the game can take up to an hour to complete. β€œis it explained to us in the press release from the studio. And this version early access will offer us to discover the first of these chapters for about six hours of play if we are to believe the developer.

The player will embody Palmer who will have to defend his castle against an invasion of demons. Remember also that each of the chapters of the game will offer us to embody a new hero – the next two being Urd and Kristen – and that all three will be able to count on their own skills, special abilities and armaments. But these three chapters will all the same share a common point: that of immersing us in a frenetic action from which it should be difficult to come out alive. See you in June to get a first glimpse. In the meantime, Buckshot Software offers us a quick look at the gameplay of this sequel in a new trailer.
