Reworld Media: organic growth flattens over 9 months


(Boursier.com) — The Group Reworld Media recorded sustained growth in the 3rd quarter of 2023. Over this period, the Group’s turnover amounted to 129.2 million euros, an increase of +9% (+10.7 ME) compared to the 3rd quarter 2022.

Over the first 9 months of the year, consolidated turnover reached €395.6 million, up +9.9% compared to the same period in 2022. The share of turnover generated by international is 25% in the 3rd quarter of 2023, and 28% over the first 9 months of the year.

Organically, the Group’s turnover consolidated at 117.3 ME, or -1% (-1.2 ME), in the 3rd quarter. Over the first 9 months of the year, it stood at 357.3 ME, or -0.7% (-2.6 ME).
The turnover of the BtoB division shows organic growth of +7.4% (+4.1 ME) in the 3rd quarter, driven by good momentum in affiliation and performance offers. It reached 181 ME over the first 9 months of the year, or +4.7% (+8.2 ME). As a result of the rationalization of volumes and the magazine distribution schedule, the turnover of the BtoC division fell by -8.5% (-5.3 ME) in the 3rd quarter. It reached 176.3 ME over the first 9 months of the year, or -5.8% (-10.9 ME).

In the 2nd half, the Group continues to implement rigorous management of its activities. It continues the development of its assets and its offers, in France and internationally, and finalizes the integration of assets acquired over the last 12 months.
