Riber: public aid obtained for the Rosie project

(CercleFinance.com) – Riber indicates that he obtained, within the framework of the call for projects ‘Recovery plan for industry – strategic sectors’, initiated by the Ministry in charge of Industry, a public subsidy of 1.1 million euros for the financing of its 300mm Rosie pilot line.

Compatible with semiconductor industry standards, Rosie will be dedicated to the deposition of very thin films of epitaxial materials on silicon and will offer monatomic precision in terms of control over a 300mm wafer.

Rosie represents an overall industrial investment of three million euros over a period of three years. The pilot line, which should be operational at the end of 2023, has already received several expressions of interest from customers in Europe and the United States.
