According to the police, the rock fall on the B180 Reschenbundesstraße in Nauders occurred around 5:30 p.m. The rock was a mixture of ice and rubble. The main road was polluted over a length of around 30 meters and, in consultation with the Ried road maintenance authority, closed to all traffic until further notice. Inspection on Sunday A local detour was set up. On Sunday morning the demolition site will be visited by the state geologist. The duration of the ban cannot yet be foreseen. No people were injured or vehicles were damaged.
