Roxette: Fans can look forward to an unreleased recording

Roxette singer Marie Fredriksson died late last year. Bandmate Per Gessle is now releasing her last recordings.

Roxette singer Marie Fredriksson (1958-2019) died last December, but her music lives on. Thanks to her band partner Per Gessle (61), who also keeps the last recordings of the Swedish pop singer, a new single from Roxette will be released on Friday with "Let Your Heart Dance With Me".

More new material is coming in November

The song was created in 2016 as part of the studio recording for "Good Karma", Roxette's last album, but did not make it onto the finished record. A video will accompany the single showing private and unpublished recordings by Fredriksson.

On the Roxette Instagram channel, Gessle also announced that he would be there for the fans in person in the chat on YouTube for the video premiere on Friday from 4.30 p.m.: "To celebrate, I'll give an exclusive interview and answer your questions live in the Roxette- Answer YouTube channel. "

The single is part of the album "Bag of Trix", which will be released on November 6th, and contains other unreleased recordings by Fredriksson.
