These details stand out in the family portrait of the Swedish royals

What a beautiful family photo. The Swedish royals delight fans with a new recording from their vacation together on the island of Öland. Beaming with joy, the royals look into the court photographer’s camera. On closer inspection, five details become apparent.

Prince Alexander of Sweden, 5, and his great cousin Princess Estelle, 9, are a particularly cute element. Apparently, the son of Prince Carl Philip, 42, has taken a role model from his cousin. Like her, he crosses his legs and also holds a flower in his hand – just like Estelle. Did she give the five-year-old one of her flowers? Apart from Alexander, only the girls hold picked flowers in their hands. Perhaps Estelle quickly gave her cousin one of her cornflowers and thus conjured up the broad smile on Alexander’s face.

Behind the two royal offspring there is another highlight of the picture: Crown Princess Victoria, 44. She appears again in a white dress. What stands out: Apparently, the heir to the throne liked the bright color – in her last appearances she opted for very similar looks. In the family photo, Victoria stands out because of the bright dress. Her sister Princess Madeleine, 39, and sister-in-law Princess Sofia, 36, on the other hand, chose dresses with summery floral patterns.

Speaking of Princess Madeleine. The presence of the 39-year-olds and her family makes the photo an absolute rarity. For a year and a half they have not been able to travel to Sweden and visit their family. The last photo that Madeleine shows with her three children and her husband is now over a year ago. At that time they shared a snapshot from their adopted home America. A portrait with the entire family, however, is a far greater rarity: It has been four years since the Swedes were photographed together. At this point, three of the mini-royals were not yet born. Prince Gabriel, 3, Princess Adrienne, 3, and Prince Julian, 3 months, were all born into the family after 2017.

Princess Mette-Marit and Prince Haakon: mourning victims of Oslo and Utøya

This walk brings back sad memories. Princess Mette-Marit, 47, and Prince Haakon, 48, took part in the commemoration ceremony for the victims of the right-wing extremist attack in Oslo’s government district on Thursday, July 22, 2021. Ten years ago eight people were killed there when the terrorist Anders Breivik, 42, detonated a self-made bomb in a delivery truck.

A corridor that visibly moves the Crown Prince couple. Both hold hands. Even though a decade has passed since the attack in the capital and the subsequent massacre by the terrorist on the island of Utøya, which left 77 dead, including 69 young people, the horror and pain of the royal family and the Norwegians still persist.

In the morning, King Harald, 84, and Queen Sonja, 84, attended a service in the Oslo Cathedral Church. Another service, this time in Hole kirke in Røyse, was attended by her eldest son without his wife at 1 p.m. Haakon then drove to the nearby island of Utøya to take part in other commemorative ceremonies with Mette-Marit in the afternoon.

The sad day comes to an end in the evening with a national memorial event in the multifunctional arena Oslo Spektrum, in which Queen Sonja, the prince couple and their two children Princess Ingrid Alexandra, 17, and Prince Sverre Magnus, 15, will also take part. King Harald is supposed to give a speech.

Prince Laurent of Belgium on his relationship: “We don’t live separately!”

Again and again there are rumors that Prince Laurent of Belgium, 57, and Princess Claire, 47, would split up. On the eve of today’s Belgian national holiday, the couple’s relationship was again a topic in numerous media. Prince Laurent seems to have had enough of it now. He made it clear to the Belgian newspaper “7sur7”: “I can’t say anything about it because there is nothing to say. We don’t live separately, that’s not true. I don’t know where that comes from, and I’m not interested in it either “.

The reason for the speculation is the fact that Laurent will appear alone at the Belgian celebrations. It is the second year that Princess Claire has not accompanied her husband. The separation rumors are still too far-fetched, as the Royal thinks. A source reveals to “P-Magazine” that Laurent wants to take action against such claims: “Laurent is so angry […]. He is considering taking measures. “It is not yet known what this will be.

If the friend comes on family vacation with you, the wedding bells could be ringing soon, right? Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece, 24, is currently on vacation in Athens with her parents, Prince Pavlos, 54, and Princess Marie-Chantal, 52, and their five brothers, some of whom are already grown up. The goddaughter of Prince Charles, 72, is making the rumor mill simmer, because now Royal fans are wondering: Is it getting serious between the two? Perhaps Peregrine will soon be kneeling in front of the royal model and asking for her hand? The couple has been in a relationship since 2018. In any case, this decision would not be too hasty.

Prince Frederik had contact with people infected with corona

For Prince Frederik of Denmark, 53, this year’s Olympic Games in Japan should actually be a very special event. After almost 12 years as a member of the International Olympic Committee, the Royal announced his resignation in June 2021. For Frederik, the Tokyo Games would have been the last as an active member.

Now the Danish palace announces that Prince Frederik will not travel to Japan. The reason for this is previous contact with a person who was infected with the corona virus. Due to the strict Japanese entry regulations, the prince was prohibited from visiting the country. The General Assembly of the International Olympic Committee will take place on July 20 and 21, 2021, at which Prince Frederik should be adopted. The Royal is now taking part in the event digitally.

Princess Isabella’s new phase of life holds challenges in store

In autumn, Princess Isabella of Denmark, 14, will begin a new phase of life that could hold some challenges in store for her. As the Danish tabloid “Billed Bladet” reports, the daughter of Crown Prince Frederik, 53, will be in eighth grade at Tranegård School in Hellerup after the summer holidays. There, more is required of the student – such as an increased number of teaching hours.

The biggest change is happening at home at Amalienborg Palace. Because her older brother Prince Christian, 15, will go to Herlufsholm boarding school after the summer. Princess Mary’s daughter, 49, will then be the oldest child in the house. Will her siblings, the ten-year-old twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, seek advice from their sister? Possible.

It could also happen that Isabella reacts annoyed from time to time. The number three of the Danish line of succession impressively demonstrated that she has no problem with that when her brother was confirmed in May 2021. But every teenager has a bad day. What is certain is that Isabella has to get used to the role of the elder.
