It’s been since 2020 that we know that Criterion Games working on a new Need for Speed and yet, we haven’t officially seen it yet. Electronic Arts Still planning to release it in 2022, but as the year moves on, it’s been missing subscribers. Possible leaks had for memory unveiled gameplay in development, with comic/anime-like visual effects combined with a more realistic art direction.
The title has been talking about him unofficially in recent days. First via a certain Ziimbiianwho insured on the Reddit from the series having discovered the logo for the game, which would be called Need for Speed Unbound. the leaker The Snitch outbid today by posting a cryptic message of a limitless math function, half-wordly confirming the subtitle.

Informant Tom Henderson, who reported a few months ago that the project’s release date was scheduled for November 4, 2022, continued on his site Insider Gaming specifying that his sources have confirmed to him the title of Need for Speed Unbound and that the launch was now scheduled for December 2, 2022, exclusively on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It would be strongly oriented towards multiplayer, offering Meetups with other players to compete on courses of one map unprecedented. The reveal would be scheduled for the first half of Octoberwith a trailer of about 1 min 30 s on A$AP Rocky.
