RUMOR on Project Cambria: images of the next Meta (Oculus) helmet are now on the Web!

the YouTuber SadlyItsBradley claims to have seen actual photos of the production model of the mixed reality headset from Metaknown as Project Cambria. Although he does not share source photos, Bradley collaborated with a 3D modeler (Marcus Kane) to create via Sketchfab a detailed rendering what these photos show.

In this video, Bradley talks about the cameras on the helmet and highlights a pod sensors hidden under the front cover. According to him, it would contain two cameras and two sensors used no doubt to tracking depth of field. the YouTuber find the compactness of the helmet VR particularly remarkable compared to current models. At the level of the optical system, “pancake” type lenses would be considered.
