This year, The Smurfs will celebrate their 65th birthday. The little blue beings of Peyo are obviously well known to everyone for a long time and have still been entitled in recent years to two video games published by Microidswith first The Smurfs – Mission Malfeuille released at the end of 2021 on most platforms, then Smurfs Kart last year, but exclusively on Switch. With such an anniversary approaching, the publisher apparently has several announcements up its sleeve, which have leaked in recent hours thanks to billbil kun.
The first is that ofa port of Smurfs Kart on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, communicated official site of Microids in support (which has since been removed). The racing gameEden Gameswhose announcement last year had also leaked before the hour, would therefore be released next august 22whatever the leaker.
The other project on the run would be a sequel to The Smurfs – Mission Malfeuillecalled in English The Smurfs 2 – The Prisoner of the Green Stone. It’s rumored to be released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC, and you can see its cover art above. The formalization should not delay a priori, hoping for more details and why not a first glimpse of the gameplay.
