(Reuters) – Russia has called on the parties to the conflict to end hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh and return to respecting the ceasefire, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced early on Wednesday.

“Due to the escalation of armed clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh, we call on the parties to the conflict to end the carnage, hostilities, and eliminate (the risk of) civilian casualties,” the ministry said in a statement. broadcast on his Telegram account.
