Russia is ready to send a delegation to Minsk for talks with Ukraine, Russian news agencies RIA and Interfax report, the latter quoting Kremlin spokesman .
Moscow is willing to send representatives of the Ministry of Defense, Foreign Affairs and the Presidency to these negotiations. This proposal is presented as a response to statements by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who says he is ready to discuss a status of neutrality for the country.
