The Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 FE smartphones and the foldable phones Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 as well as the Galaxy Tab S8 should be covered for the next few years. To be more precise: if the leak is confirmed, the devices will receive new security updates and four major Android updates for a total of five years.

As a source, the leaker cites information from Evleaks, another well-known leaker. He recently leaked press materials about the new Galaxy models. In this, all models of the smartphones listed above and the Galaxy Tab S8 are taken into account and should therefore be secured for the next few years.
