Nice news from tennis player Sabine Lisicki: She and her fiancé are expecting offspring, as she has now announced.
Sabine Lisicki, 34, is looking forward to having offspring. The tennis player explained on Instagram to the hashtags “#pregnant #surprise #journey #pregnant”: “Life has many surprises in store for you, including this one. My fiancé and I are looking forward to the exciting journey. That also means… that I’m making another comeback have to do.” She also shared a picture that was apparently taken on the beach and shows two hands holding each other including a ring. She also posted another shot of white baby booties and a sign framed with flowers that read: “Surprise – baby coming in 2024.”

There are already numerous congratulations in the comments on the post. Presenter and model Rebecca Mir, 32, wrote, for example: “Oh how nice, congratulations.” Model Franziska Knuppe, 49, also congratulated the couple there.
Sabine Lisicki, who repeatedly struggled with injuries throughout her career, caused a stir in 2013: at the tennis tournament in Wimbledon, she was the first German to reach the singles final of a Grand Slam tournament since Steffi Graf, 54, in 1999. Lisicki’s relationship with entertainer Oliver Pocher, 46, also made headlines. The prominent couple were in a relationship from the end of 2013 to March 2016.
