Safran says it is in discussions to acquire activities from Raytheon Technologies


PARIS, June 5 (Reuters) – Safran announced on Monday that it is in discussions for the potential acquisition of certain flight control and actuation activities (ATA 27) from Raytheon Technologies.

Confirming information from Bloomberg, the French group added that it was not possible at this stage to assess the possibility of the outcome of these discussions or to specify the terms of a possible agreement. (Written by Nicolas Delame and Bertrand Boucey, edited by Blandine Hénault)
