(CercleFinance.com) – TCI Fund Management, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that on January 19, 2023 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of Safran and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 21,258,910 Safran shares representing 34,733,580 voting rights, i.e. 4.98% of the capital and 6.40% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Safran shares on the market.
