Salesforce: The partnership with Google will expand

(CercleFinance.com) – Salesforce and Google announced on Wednesday that they plan to deepen their partnership in the areas of artificial intelligence, data optimization and customer relationship management.

The two technology groups explain that they plan to implement better integration between Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce’s customer data offering, and BigQuery, Google’s structured query console.

The goal is to make it easier for businesses to create unified profiles of their customers through highly personalized solutions.

After a pilot phase scheduled for mid-2023, this new offer should be available next year.

Salesforce and Google also say they want to better integrate Data Cloud and Google Vertex AI tools, but also Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.

With all of its features, it will become possible for a retailer to connect CRM data, such as customer purchase history, with non-CRM data such as social media activity to deploy marketing models. Custom AIs to predict the likelihood of customers buying certain types of products.

The strategic and technological agreement between Salesforce and Google dates back to 2017.
