The note comes from Zaryab Khan, who runs the XeeTechCare channel on Twitter, among other things. Khan has shared a photo here that looks like it came from a product presentation and is supposed to show the S22 Ultra under the project name B0.

According to the picture, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be similar to its predecessor in several ways. It will also have a 6.8 inch display and be equipped with a generous 5,000 mAh battery. As was to be expected, the new model is to be equipped with a new processor, here the Exynos 2200.
What is surprising, however, is the memory configuration. Where the S21 Ultra still had a choice between 12 and 16 gigabytes, according to the leak, only 8 and 12 gigabytes should be selectable. A step backwards in performance that would actually not be typical for a premium model.
