The Wollny family is growing! Just a few months after her little sister Lavinia, Sarafina Wollny has become a mother again.
Sarafina Wollny, who herself grew up in a family of 13, quickly found her way around being a mother and so she posted an ultrasound image of her third child exactly two years to the day after she first announced her pregnancy. The expectant mother of three wrote happily: “We never expected it.”
Silvia Wollny announces the arrival of her 18th grandchild
About a picture showing a lion family, she writes: “Hello dear, today is a wonderful day, because today I became a grandma for the 18th time, which makes me very happy. Sarafina and Peter’s baby saw the light of day today and has made their little family bigger. We are very proud of sarafina and are enjoying the time now and will welcome our little worm. If love lives, then happiness has a name. We are overjoyed. ” However, she did not reveal the baby’s name or gender.
Sarafina Wollny: That’s why the birth is “a miracle” for her
A big surprise for the family, because the pregnancy was not planned, as Sarafina revealed in a Q&A on Instagram in January. The young woman did not expect to be able to get pregnant naturally. All the better that it has now worked out and the now two-year-old twins can look forward to a sibling.
But even though conception was natural this time, her newborn also camevia caesarean section, as Sarafina, who has had five coccyx surgeries, announced in advance: “Well, it would be possible, but the risk is too great that it will tear and become inflamed again and there will be more surgeries. That’s why we won’t take any risks.”
The baby’s name was decided early on
The name of her third child was already on the list of possible baby names when Sarafina was still pregnant with her twins. Already in January she revealed that the names for a girl would already be decided: “Yes, the girls’ names are still on our list and if it’s a girl, she’ll get both names”. That this name would also be something very special is not a big surprise considering the family tree. After all, the Wollny family became known not because of their size, but also for their often unusual names.
For Silvia Wollny it is already the 18th grandchild
In 2001, at the age of just 36, Silvia Wollny became a grandmother for the first time. The 58-year-old now has 18 grandchildren – more could follow. But now the little one can look forward to probably the most attention in the family.
