The twins Emory and Casey make family happiness perfect for Sarafina Wollny and her husband Peter: The two have been proud parents since May and are enthusiastic about their new role. The birth itself had to take place by emergency caesarean section, and Sarafina has been a long time between hope and fear. But now that her children have developed so well, she wants to take time for herself and her body again.
Lost 11 kilos after emergency caesarean section
How much her body has changed came as a surprise to Sarafina herself: “I have already lost 11 kilos after the emergency caesarean section. More than I had put on during pregnancy,” said the 26-year-old. You can see in the video why she wants to lose another ten kilos and how she wants to achieve that.
