Sarah Engels is already looking forward to her second child, but she struggles with nightmares during pregnancy.
Just like her son Alessio and her new husband Julian (28), Sarah Engels (28) is very much looking forward to her upcoming child. Well has the singer on Instagram however, reveal in a story that she struggles with nightmares during her pregnancy. “I sleep so badly and often have nightmares,” writes the 28-year-old. That was also the case with Alessio back then.
Engels “somehow dream something really bad, so that in the morning I’m really angry with Julian, who doesn’t even know what’s going on,” she says. Many of her fans then stated that they feel the same way, as the 28-year-old further shows. Many believe that the nightmares are related to subconscious fears or the hormones.
“Much more anxious” than during the first pregnancy
At the beginning of June, Engels announced that she would be a mother again. Shortly afterwards, she had also stated in her stories that she was “much more anxious” than when she was first pregnant. Alessio was born in 2015 and comes from a previous marriage of the singer to Pietro Lombardi (29). He had to undergo an operation shortly after he was born because of a heart defect.
During the first few weeks in particular, this time Engels had “a lot of fears” and also “worries that everything will be okay,” she said at the time. In addition, especially at the beginning of the second pregnancy, she had “no energy at all” and “extreme mood swings”. In addition, she was “really bad” and was “puking”.
