With a touching Instagram post, Sarah Michelle Gellar congratulated her friend Selma Blair on her 51st birthday.
Sarah Michelle Gellar (46) publicly congratulated her good friend Selma Blair (51) on her birthday with snapshots and kind words. The two actresses have been inseparable since the shooting of the film “Ice Cold Angels” 25 years ago.

In an Instagram post Gellar sent her congratulations to Blair, who celebrated her 51st birthday on June 23. She captioned four pictures the two friends have shared over the years, “How it started… how it’s going. Even better in my opinion. I love you more every year.”
Selma Blair celebrated in Nashville
But they didn’t celebrate together. Like Selma Blair on her Instagram account revealed, she spent her day of honor with son Arthur (11) in Nashville.
They also did not see each other on Blair’s 50th birthday last year. The corona pandemic prevented a meeting for the round day of honor. But Gellar also wrote her friend public congratulations on Instagram at the time: “From the day I met you, I knew that you were special and would always be by my side.”
Since “Eiskalte Engel” they’ve been through thick and thin
The actresses met 25 years ago on the set of “Eiskalte Engel”. With the director Roger Kumble (57) there are annual “Secret Society” meetings based on the cult film. In February 2020, Selma Blair posted a photo of the threesome on her Instagram account with the caption, “Who knew the ‘Crue Intentions’ trio would last forever?” She can’t really show how good her friends’ visits are for her. In 2018 she made it public that she had multiple sclerosis.
