SBT wants to leave the Stock Exchange at 5.53 Euros per share

(Boursier.com) — SBT has decided to initiate a delisting operation from the Euronext Access market. To carry out this operation to delist its shares, the company first launches a voluntary buyout offer to its minority shareholders.

The offer targets a maximum number of 404,062 shares at a unit price of 5.53 Euros per share, with a view to canceling them.

As part of the transaction, the firm Alliance Experts, an independent expert, carried out a valuation. At the end of his work, the independent expert arrives at a value per share of between 5 and 5.81 Euros, with a central value of 5.405 Euros per share.

The independent expert noted that all recent significant transactions involving the company’s capital were carried out on the basis of a valuation of 5.53 Euros.

The Tender Offer will be open from September 5 to October 10 inclusive, ie a period of 25 trading days. Listing will be suspended for the duration of the Offer.
