Scandi-Style at it's best: These are the coolest looks

We love the scandi look! Because like the French, women from the far north are blessed with a timeless and effortlessly chic sense of style. The Scandinavian look is one thing above all: practical and stylish! We want that too and show you our favorite looks that we want to wear NOW.

Back to the 70s

Summer in the city! Street style photographer Caroline Blomst combines three retro trends that are currently making a huge comeback: colorful, wide cloth pants with graphic patterns (here from Missoni), flip flops and eye-catching sunglasses in the 70s style. Combined with simple basics, the look does not look cluttered, but casual and light and would work both in the office and for shopping. We are particularly impressed by the choice of shoes: otherwise we only found out the flip flops for our seaside vacation, we now turn to flip flops more often – if they are as minimalistic and clean as with Caroline.

Black all over

We love the Scandi girls for their calm looks that always look so effortlessly stylish. The Swedish influencer Matilda Djerf masters this art par excellence – as this look proves. With the simple black polo dress, she combines rough trekking sandals from Chanel and also black accessories in the trendy 90s look, which give the outfit a cool break and do not make it look too classic.

Barbie girl

Countrywoman Vilma Palmqvist is much more colorful. The Swedish curvy model loves the trend color "Soft Lilac" and we also think that in 2020 nobody will be able to avoid lilac and rose tones. If you are brave, color like Vilma all over. The combination of girlish dress and accessories in pink works great with a strictly cut blazer and doesn't look too much even with Vilma's platinum blonde hair. Chapeau!

Keep it simple

Minimalism at it's best: Finnish stylist Silvie Mus embodies the Scandinavian look like no other. She skilfully styles classic wardrobes such as blazers, tank tops, jeans and suits. You won't find bright colors and patterns with her. Our favorite look: white men's shirt with denim bermuda. If you are brave, unbutton the shirt and wear underneath … nothing! If that's too much of a good thing, grab a lace bra or button up your shirt strictly.

Flower girl meets cowboy

Snake boots for a white summer dress? Sounds daring and it is, but looks soooo cool on blogger Annabel Rosendahl. The girlish oversize dress makes Annabel appear even more delicate, her coarse cowboy boots also draw attention to her slim legs and give the look an edgy twist. In addition, reduced accessories, such as a large shopper made of natural materials and aviator glasses. We love!

And, inspirations collected? Which look do you want to style first? We prefer EVERYONE!
