Schiller greets again from the top spot in the German album charts. The new album "Summer in Berlin" goes straight to number one.

The pop music project Schiller and its mastermind Christopher von Deylen (50) are celebrating a terrific new entry into the Official German Charts, determined by GfK Entertainment. The latest work "Summer in Berlin" greets from number one on the album charts this week. It is Schiller's third top placement in the last three years and the eighth number one record.

"I am completely overwhelmed," said von Deylen of his success. It is a "nice surprise" and "wonderful to feel what kind of power music can have." "Summer in Berlin" will be followed by other newcomers this week. In second place is the hip-hop duo Audio88 & Yassin with their "death list", while rapper Vega ranks third with "069".

In the singles charts there were fewer changes, however, Nathan Evans slipped from two to one with his interpretation of the sailor's song "Wellerman" and swapped places with "Ohne Dich" by Kasimier1441, badmòmzjay & WILDBWOYS. In third place is the only newcomer in the top five of the week: Jamule & Capital Bra with their collaboration "No comprendo".
