PARIS, Aug 24 (Reuters) – The French group Schneider Electric confirmed in a press release on Wednesday that it was considering a possible offer for the 41% of the capital of the British industrial software supplier Aveva which it does not yet hold.
This clarification comes following information published by Bloomberg.
