PARIS, December 27 (Reuters) – Stocks to follow Monday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe where index futures are signaling a stable or slightly negative opening:

* ORANGE ORAN.PA – Orange Belgium, a subsidiary of Orange, announced on Friday the signing of an agreement with Nethys for the acquisition of 75% less one share of the operator VOO which owns the cable network in the Walloon region and in part of the Brussels region. The transaction is made on the basis of an enterprise value of 1.8 billion euros for 100% of the capital.
