Hollywood star Sean Penn (60) appeared with his children for the screening of his film “Flag Day” in Cannes. The actor posed on the red carpet with his 30-year-old daughter Dylan and 27-year-old son Hopper. Penn is the director and leading actor in the film, and his two children, who are from his marriage to ex-wife Robin Wright (55), can also be seen in the film. Sean Penn plays John Vogel, a father who leads a double life as a counterfeiter, bank robber, and fraudster to care for his daughter.
At the premiere of the film, Dylan Penn shone in a black sleeveless dress with a wide belt. Hopper and his father presented dark suits. Also there on the red carpet was actress Katheryn Winnick (43), who also plays in “Flag Day”.
Standing ovations for “Flag Day”
According to “Variety”, the film received Standing ovations in Cannes for four minutes, Sean Penn is said to have praised his daughter Dylan’s performance. She plays the daughter of his character, an aspiring journalist struggling with a broken relationship with her family.
