Perpetrator description
The perpetrator is about 1.65 meters tall, skinny and spoke broken German. He wore a black, tight-fitting woolen hat, a black scarf with a white pattern, a black, about hip-length and tight-fitting winter jacket and black trousers. He is armed with an unknown stabbing tool, probably a knife.
