Séché targets gross operating surplus between 265 and 275 million euros in 2026


(AOF) – Séché Environnement will unveil its financial and extra-financial trajectory for 2026 during the Investors Day on December 12, 2023. Next year, the group expects organic growth of around 5%, combined with a positive scope effect of around 65 million euros over a full year, an adjusted gross operating surplus of around 230 million euros and an adjusted current operating profit of around 105 million euros.

Between 2024 and 2026, Séché Environnement forecasts average annual growth of 5% in contributed revenue and 9% in adjusted gross operating surplus. The latter is anticipated to be between 265 million euros and 275 million euros in 2026, or 22% to 23% of contributed turnover.

Adjusted current operating income is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 14%. Séché Environnement aims for an adjusted current operating profit of between 132 million euros and 144 million euros in 2026, or 11% to 12% of contributed turnover.

The specialist in waste management and environmental safety intends to generate free cash flow greater than or equal to 250 million over the period 2024 and 2026, excluding acquisitions.

The company also aims for financial leverage of less than 3 times gross operating surplus, with a return to the objective within 12 months in the event of acquisitions.

On the occasion of these announcements, Séché confirmed its 2023 objectives of a gross operating surplus of between 215 million euros and 219 million euros and a contributed turnover of between 990 million euros. euros and 1 billion euros.

Among Séché Environnement’s new environmental objectives are a reduction of 13% in its greenhouse gas emissions, 12% in its energy consumption and 13% in its water consumption.
