Second League – Ried overwhelms Sturm II in the catch-up game

After a 5-0 away win in the supplementary game against Sturm Graz II, SV Ried wintered in the top field of the 2nd league. The Innviertel team, currently second in the table, moved up to eight points behind leaders GAK.

With 33 goals scored in 15 rounds, the game association is now the goal factory in the league, ahead of the GAK (28 goals). The third Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz is two points behind the Riedern in the table. In Wiener Neustadt, where Sturm’s second team has to play its home games, Oliver Steurer (5th), Mark Grosse (55th), Belmin Beganovic ( 64th), Wilfried Eza (76th) and Nik Marinsek (86th) had five different goal scorers. The Graz team fought back until the score was 2-0, but then suffered a clear defeat. In the table, the Styrians are 14th in the relegation zone.
