Thandiwe Newton has been in front of the camera since the early 1990s and has appeared in productions such as “Mission: Impossible II” and “Solo: A Star Wars Story”. She also caused a stir with her role in the HBO series “Westworld”, for which she was awarded an Emmy.

This star should also take part in the new “Wednesday” season

It was recently announced that Steve Buscemi (66) would be joining the cast. Anonymous sources would have “Variety” also revealed herethat Buscemi is playing. The long-time actor is known, among other things, for roles in the Tarantino film “Reservoir Dogs”, the Coen Brothers film “Fargo” and the series “Boardwalk Empire”. He could therefore possibly embody the new director of the Nevermore Academy.

Jenna Ortega (21) is set to return to her leading role as the eponymous Wednesday Addams. There aren’t many details about the second season of “Wednesday” yet. The fact that there will be a second season was already confirmed at the beginning of 2023. When the new episodes might appear is still unclear.

With around 252,100,000 views within the first 91 days of its release, the first season of “Wednesday” leads the internal Netflix top ten of the most popular English-language series, well ahead of the fourth “Stranger Things” season.
