Sega announces Hyenas, the new FPS from Creative Assembly

After several years of development, the new cross-platform shooter from Creative Assembly studio has finally been announced by Sega. Hyenas presents itself as a colorful multiplayer FPS. It will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series. But it will however be necessary to be patient since the game will not be released until 2023. However, for those who would like to have a taste of the game, registrations for the closed alpha on PC are already open.

Hyenas takes place in a world that is, let’s just say, not in very good shape anymore. The billionaires left Earth to move to Mars, but the antigravity technology they used to get away simply devastated the planet. The rest of the population, abandoned on the spot, must live in an unstable slum called the Fosse. Only one thing still interests the rich exiles, the rare products, vestiges of pop culture, which they collect in their Martian mansions.

But that’s all over, and it’s time to take it all back. Form a team of Hyenas by choosing members from a group of criminals with unique abilities and weapons. All you have to do is climb aboard cargo ships filled to the brim with products, pick up the goods and decamp before you get caught. And it will not be easy since cargo ships are equipped with unpredictable weightlessness zones. It’s up to you to make the most of your environment to trap your opponents.
