Sega, together with Intel and ASRock, has built what it claims to be “the world’s fastest PC”. But this does not mean the computing power of the computer. Instead, the functional PC with the latest gaming hardware was placed on a vehicle with wheels, an electric motor and remote control. A speed of 100 kilometers per hour was then measured on a racetrack.
The PC has an Intel Core i9-12900K processor that, despite its weaknesses, recaptured the gaming throne in the PC-WELT test. ASRock donated its Z690M-ITX / atx motherboard and its ASRock Radeon RX 6900 XT OC Formula 16 GB graphics card to the Sega computer. In addition, there is 32 gigabytes of RAM (2 x 16 GB DDR4-3200) and a 2 terabyte SSD.

The world’s fastest PC is being raffled off
With the campaign, Sega also wants to draw attention to its current winter sale on Steam. Many Sega games are still available there until January 5, 2022 with high discounts of up to 85 percent. For example, Yakuza Like a Dragon for 35.99 instead of 59.99 euros, Total War Warhammer for 20.39 instead of 59.99 euros or Humankind for 39.99 instead of 49.99 euros.
Japanese Steam users also have the opportunity to take part in a competition via this Sega website, in which the “world’s fastest PC” will also be raffled off. To do this, they have to follow the official Sega Twitter channel, retweet a Sega tweet and comment on the competition. A lucky participant will then be drawn who will then win the vehicle as a prize.
