The description of SELECTIRENTE’s share buyback program is available on its website www.selectirente.com.
This program, in effect from 1

October 2022 until September 30, 2023, renews the previous program which expired on September 30, 2022.
For information purposes, the use of the previous program consisted in implementing the liquidity contract entered into with the company Invest Securities and in accordance with the code of ethics of the Association Française des Marchés Financiers (“AMAFI”) recognized by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
Half-year report on the liquidity contract
SELECTIRENTE recalls that on October 9, 2006 it signed a liquidity contract with the company Invest Securities in accordance with the Code of Ethics drawn up by AMAFI and approved by AMF. This contract was replaced on April 9, 2020 by a new contract allowing compliance with the regulations in force and in particular AMF decision no. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018; it is renewable annually by tacit agreement.
Under this contract, the following resources appeared in the liquidity account on September 30, 2022:
