(CercleFinance.com) – Sensorion announces the completion of a placement of 50.5 million euros reserved for specific categories of European and American investors, through the issue of 88,594,737 new ordinary shares at a unit price of 0.57 euros.
These shares were issued to existing shareholders Redmile Group, Invus, Sofinnova Partners and new leading healthcare investors, including Aquilo Capital, as well as two investment management companies.
Settlement and delivery of the private placement should take place around February 13, subject to customary conditions. This financing will allow Sensorion to extend its cash horizon until the end of the second quarter of 2025.
