New ideas are now worth up to 75,000 euros in Styria. With the Ideas!Reich funding campaign, the Styrian business development agency SFG is now promoting the development and implementation of new business ideas – especially digital and sustainable products. Join in and use the innovation funding for intelligent, meaningful & lively ideas!
Styrian companies are constantly producing intelligent new products, processes and services. On working days, the SFG receives an application for innovation funding every 36 hours on average. Between 400 and 500 patents are registered every year. Because business in the 21st century means innovation. If you want to be successful, you have to be able to anticipate trends and, if possible, shape future developments yourself. New ideas spice up every business. If the first step is a good entrepreneurial idea and the conclusion of the project is a market-ready product, then there is a way in between – and the SFG funding Ideas!Reich.Ideen!Reich XS: tailor-made for small, fine ideasThe “Ideas!Reich XS” funding module is tailor-made to initiate smaller innovations, to accompany them but also to implement them straight away. Do you have plans for a prototype that you want to develop further with a team of experts? Are you planning to develop a new and innovative business model for your company? Do you want to have your company certified to enter a new industry? Perhaps you would also like to commission an innovation-oriented master’s thesis or dissertation or submit an EU project? Then contact the SFG. You will receive a maximum funding rate of 70 percent with project costs of up to 20,000 euros, i.e. a maximum funding amount of 14,000 euros. For example, internal personnel costs in project work, costs for materials incurred in the construction of prototypes or expenses for external (consulting) services such as feasibility studies, business model development, industrial design, patent research or the writing of EU project applications can be offset against you. By the way: Companies with digitization or sustainability projects receive a bonus that increases the amount of funding. Would you like a little more? Ideas!Reich XL!For larger innovation projects and their implementation, “Ideas!Reich XL” is exactly the right choice. Create a demo plant, beta version or prototype. Launch your product or service and try a new business model at the same time. In the Ideas!Reich XL module you receive a funding rate of up to 50 percent or a maximum funding amount of 75,000 euros. Cut-off dates – we are looking for the best Funding in the Ideas!Reich campaign is awarded in cut-off mode. This means that you submit your projects by certain dates – the so-called cut-off dates. Then the SFG makes a time cut (cut off = English cut off), looks at all projects submitted up to that point and evaluates them – the best ones are then supported. The next cut-off date for the “Ideen!Reich XS” module is March 15, 2022, for the “Ideen!Reich XL” module it is May 3.
