SFG campaign World!Market – export promotion – show the world your product

When was the last time you pushed your limits? If you don’t advance, you fall behind. This applies to people, products, services – and market strategies. Make your company internationally visible and open up new markets. The Styrian business development agency SFG covers up to 60 percent of your costs for the promotion campaign Welt!Markt.

Every organism wants to grow. This also applies to your company. Growth does not just mean more employees or alternative business areas: It also means looking beyond the core target group and overcoming economic and geographical borders beyond the same only. Because the really exciting projects are advertised transnationally. As many entrepreneurs in the field of architecture or engineering know, participating in an international tender involves a great deal of effort. However, do not hesitate. The SFG tackles the matter with you and promotes both external advice and the trip. The aim of the current funding campaign Welt!Markt is to support Styrian companies with their first international trade fair appearances and market development measures as well as with cross-border technology transfer and thereby gain access to new export markets and cooperation partners. In addition, architectural offices and engineering consultants can be supported in participating in international competitions (subsidiary to the programs of the Go International offensive; note). Who is the world! market open to? who aim to enter the international market with their products or services. However, a requirement is a classification in one of the following areas: Industrial-commercial production companies Company-related service providers Trading companies with Styrian products in the portfolio for the specific event Architectural offices and engineering consultants What is funded? In the trade fair appearances module, Styrian companies are supported in their international trade fair appearances. However, only the first two or a maximum of two appearances at a specific trade fair or trade fair-like event (e.g. congress) abroad that is new to the company are eligible for funding. Eligible costs are, for example, the stand area and stand construction, transport costs for the stand and exhibition material, marketing documents in the national language of the event or in English, travel expenses and participation fees for virtual trade fairs. The participation in competitions module encourages Styrian architectural offices and engineering consultants to take part in international architectural competitions abroad. Material costs and external services for the creation of the competition entry, travel expenses and participation fees can be credited. The European technology transfer module promotes the initiation of cross-border cooperation, which is supported by the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). Travel expenses and external consulting costs are eligible for funding in this context. In the market development module, market development measures abroad in new target regions are funded. Travel, marketing and external consulting costs can be submitted. How much funding is there? Subsidy of max. 60% of the eligible project costs (max. 50% basic funding, 10% bonus for projects in current focus regions of the ICS Internationalisierungscenter Steiermark GmbH) for Europe. max. chargeable project costs of 8000 euros for long-distance markets. max. chargeable project costs of 16,000 euros.
