(AOF) – SFL has successfully launched an equivalent bond issue for a nominal amount of 99 million euros maturing on June 5, 2027 and carrying an annual coupon of 1.50%. The new bonds will be assimilated to the bonds issued by SFL on June 5, 2020 for a nominal amount of 500 million euros.
In accordance with the resolutions approved by the holders of the existing bonds at the general meeting of February 3, 2022, an amount equivalent to the principal amount of the new bonds will be allocated by SFL to the financing or refinancing of a portfolio of green assets.
Settlement-delivery of the new bonds is scheduled for June 7, 2022.
