Shay Mitchell (34) is pregnant again. The actress is expecting her second child. The “Pretty Little Liars” star announced the happy news on Instagram. “Little one, we are so excited to meet you,” she wrote, among other things, for a photo that shows her with a baby bump. At the same time, the 34-year-old is also sad because Shay Mitchell’s grandmother died just a few days ago.
“Saying goodbye to a loved one while experiencing the joy of welcoming someone new into this world is the great circle of life,” Mitchell explained in her post. It was “the most difficult time I’ve experienced so far”. Nonetheless, Mitchell believes that “this has been the universe’s plan from the beginning”: she needs “other worldly pleasures to cushion the loss of one of the most important people in my life”.
Daughter Atlas becomes big sister
This is “proof that love, life and loss can coexist”. She can breathe a sigh of relief because her late grandmother and her unborn baby are “already connected in such a cosmic way”.
With her partner, actor Matte Babel (41), Mitchell already has a daughter Atlas, who was born in October 2019. The 34-year-old is known, among other things, from the series “Pretty Little Liars”, in which she played Emily Fields from 2010 to 2017. In 2018 she was seen in the series “You – You will love me”.
